ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or older who reside in and are physically located in Virginia, North Carolina or South Carolina at the time of entry. Employees of Lidl US, LLC (“Sponsor”), any advertiser, sponsor and/or promotional partner of the sweepstakes (each a “Promotional Partner”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO ENTER: Between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 14, 2017 and 11:59 p.m. ET on August 23, 2017 (“Sweepstakes Period”), visit http://hallo.lidl.com/esmara and follow the directions to complete and submit the entry form, including providing your favorite style tip. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor.

Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry must not defame or violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry and remove any post that it determines, in its sole discretion, is not in compliance with these Official Rules.

DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about August 24, 2017 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail no later than 48 hours following the drawing with instructions on how to claim the prize and must respond to the initial notification within the time period stated in that notification. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release and complete relevant tax forms within the time period stated in that notification in order to claim prize. Potential winners must be willing to submit to a confidential background check. If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated, the prize or prize notification is returned as undelivered, a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return all required documents within the required time period or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner may be disqualified and forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received.

GRANT OF RIGHTS: By submitting an entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such entry, together with any other material, and the name, Instagram user name, city and state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of entrant (including, but not limited to, social media profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade.

PRIZE: Lidl US NY Fashion Week 2017 Prize package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport with regularly scheduled flights near winner’s permanent residence (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to an airport near New York, New York (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one (1) room, double occupancy); admission for (2) to the Esmara by Heidi Klum fashion show (“Event”); five-hundred dollars ($500.00) of spending money issued in the form of a prepaid credit card (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); transportation to/from the hotel and to/from the Event. Approximate retail value of the travel portion of the Prize package is $3,500 dependent on airfare rates. Exact details of all prize components will be determined by Sponsor. All travel arrangements will be made through Sponsor’s agent. Winner must travel from September 6, 2017 through September 8, 2017 as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Dates are subject to change and will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Trip must be booked at least seven (7) days prior to departure. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, baggage fees, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her state of residence, travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Sponsor is not responsible if the Event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety, no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. GENERAL CONDITIONS: A Potential Winner will be required to execute and return to Sponsor within one (1) business day an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability (where imposing such conditions is legal) a Publicity Release and any additional documents required by Sponsor. A Potential Winner will also be required to furnish proof of identity, address and birth date in order to receive a prize. A Potential Winner will and/or guest will also be required to submit to and pass a confidential background check. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Promotional Partners, and all of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related entities and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective directors, officers, partners, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents and all others associated with the development and execution of the sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
